I seem to be having same problem with newest version of FastECU. Im mot using tactrix, but scanmatik3 it does have the j2534 passthru and multiline k-line support. Does provide voltage to OBD PIN9 on initialization, but fails with same errors so im kinda lost and not sure what the problem could ...
